MISSION 
To define the visual and digital identity for a home inspection firm during a pivotal change in leadership. As the business transitioned from father to son, the goal was to bridge the gap between a decades-long legacy of reliability and the modern expectations of a digital-first real estate market.

STRATEGY 
The identity centers on a minimalist, dual-purpose mark: a fusion of a protective roofline and an affirmative checkmark. This "validation" symbol communicates the brand’s promise of safety and accuracy at a glance. This logic was extended into a mobile-first UI framework, streamlining the booking process to reflect a modern, efficient service model.

IMPACT 
The rebrand provided the new leadership with a professional toolkit to launch the company's next chapter. By unifying physical touchpoints with a frictionless digital experience, the project successfully repositioned a local family business as a sophisticated, tech-enabled competitor in a crowded market.
